Healing Hazel 100% Baltic Amber Teething Necklace
Amber is a fossilized conifer’s resin. It often contains fossils of plants, insects and other particles which retain their physical characteristics. Amber is available in different colors depending on the deposit where it comes from it can whether be yellow, brown, black, blue, green or dark gray.
There are many sources of amber in the world, particularly in Europe (Sicily and Hungary), in the Dominican Republic but the most important one is in the Baltic Sea, and it’s this one that we use. All our products are 100% Certified Baltic Amber and are available in 2 textures. The first one is polished with a gloss in the resin while the other one is rough so without gloss.
You must know that amber is used since the 6th century BC. in the manufacture of ornamental objects such as beads.
DetailsParents are sometimes concerned about their baby or toddler wearing a necklace. We can assure that all our baby and kids’ products are completely safe. We have entrusted the task of verifying our baby and kids’ necklaces to a private laboratory accredited by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). Our products pass all of the CPSC’c regulatory testing.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is an independent agency of the United States government. The CPSC regulates the sale and manufacture of more than 15,000 different consumer products, from cribs to all-terrain vehicles. CPSC fulfills its mission by banning dangerous consumer products, issuing recalls of products already on the market, and researching potential hazards associated with consumer products.
C.P.S.C. standards states that necklaces worn by children 12 years old and younger must open under 15 lbs of pressure or less and our necklaces have passed the test easily!
